1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files stored by a website in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, which lets a website remember a limited preference on your device.
Some technologies are strictly necessary for a website or service to work. Others, such as analytics or advertising cookies, generally require a choice or consent before they are used.
2. Technologies used on the public website
The public website works without optional cookies. Advertising storage and advertising personalisation are disabled. It uses the following limited technologies:
Strictly necessary technologies
Used for security, abuse prevention, request routing and service availability. They last for the session or the shortest period required for the function.
Preference storage
Used to remember that a site announcement has been dismissed. The preference remains until you clear browser storage or it is replaced.
The first-party intelliger_consent cookie records whether this browser accepted or rejected optional analytics, the consent-policy version and the time of the choice. It is strictly necessary to remember and respect that choice. It expires after six months and is not used to track browsing activity.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is blocked by default. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics load only after you affirmatively accept analytics. If accepted, Google Analytics may process page URLs, referrer information, event times, browser and device information, approximate location derived from an IP address and pseudonymous identifiers so we can understand aggregate website use and improve content.
Google Analytics may set first-party cookies including _ga and a property-specific _ga_<container-id> cookie. These identifiers can remain for up to two years unless they expire earlier, you withdraw consent or you delete them. Intelliger's consent control attempts to delete known Google Analytics cookies when analytics consent is withdrawn.
The lawful basis for this optional processing is consent. Google may act as a service provider and process data internationally subject to the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy. Read Google's privacy information for more detail about its processing.
Authentication
Used to maintain a secure session if an authenticated workspace is made available. Authentication data lasts for the session or the period stated when the workspace is provided.
We do not use the consent choice to enable advertising storage, advertising user data or advertising personalisation.
3. Third-party services
Pages may link to third-party websites. A third party may set cookies after you follow a link to its service. Those cookies are controlled by that third party and are covered by its own cookie and privacy notices.
4. Managing cookies and storage
You can use your browser settings to view, block or delete cookies and clear local storage. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent a requested feature, such as authentication, from working correctly.
Use the Cookie settings control shown on every page to accept, reject or withdraw optional analytics consent. Rejecting analytics does not restrict the website. Withdrawing consent takes effect immediately for future measurement and does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
5. Personal data
Some cookie and technical identifiers may be personal data. Our Privacy Policy explains the purposes, lawful bases, recipients, retention criteria and rights that apply.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website or the technologies it uses change. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page.
