This notice explains how Intelliger LTD collects and uses personal data through intelliger.ai, our contact and access-request forms, and related business communications.
1. Who is responsible for your data?
Intelliger LTD is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. This means we decide why and how that data is used.
For privacy questions or requests, email hello@intelliger.ai.
When Intelliger processes operational data for a customer under a services agreement, the customer may be the controller and Intelliger LTD may act as its processor. That processing is governed by the customer agreement and, where applicable, a data processing agreement.

- browse our public website;
- contact us or ask us to assess a process;
- request access to an Intelliger workspace;

It does not replace a customer-specific privacy notice or data processing agreement where another organisation controls the relevant data.

We disclose personal data only where necessary to:
- hosting, infrastructure, security and email-delivery providers acting for us;
- professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants and auditors;
- public authorities where disclosure is required by law; and

Providers receive only the data needed for their role and are required to protect it. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process personal data outside the country where it was collected. Where data protection law restricts that transfer, we use an approved transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or the relevant UK transfer addendum or agreement. We also assess supplementary safeguards where required.
You may request information about the safeguards relevant to your data by emailing hello@intelliger.ai.
7. How long we keep personal data
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. We use the following criteria:
- enquiries and access requests are retained while we respond and for a reasonable follow-up period;
- customer and account records are retained for the relationship and any period required for contractual, tax, accounting or legal obligations;
- security and diagnostic records are retained for the shortest period needed to operate and protect the service, unless an incident requires longer investigation; and
- consent and privacy-request records are retained as needed to demonstrate that the request or preference was respected.
When data is no longer required, we delete it, anonymise it or securely isolate it until deletion is possible in backup systems.
8. How we protect personal data
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the data and the risk. These may include access controls, encryption in transit, environment separation, logging, supplier review and incident-response procedures. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may have the right to:
- be informed about how your personal data is used;
- access personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request deletion of data;
- restrict processing in certain circumstances;
- receive certain data in a portable format;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier lawful processing; and
- complain to a competent supervisory authority.
These rights are not absolute and may depend on the purpose and lawful basis for processing. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Send a request to hello@intelliger.ai. You may also complain to the supervisory authority where you live or work. EU authorities are listed by the European Data Protection Board, and UK users may contact the Information Commissioner's Office.
10. Automated decisions
The public website and its contact forms do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
11. Children's data
Our website and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact hello@intelliger.ai.
12. External links
Our website may link to websites operated by other organisations. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and we are not responsible for those websites.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. We will publish the updated version here and change the date shown above. If a change materially affects how we use existing personal data, we will provide additional notice where required.
