Terms governing access to and use of the Intelliger LTD public website.

Last updated 2 Aug 2026

These terms govern access to and use of intelliger.ai, including its public content, forms and resources. The website is operated by Intelliger LTD.

These website terms do not replace a signed customer, partner, employment or supplier agreement. If a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for the relevant service.

1. Accepting these terms

By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you use the website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Permitted use

You may use the website for lawful business and informational purposes. You must not:

  • interfere with the operation or security of the website;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to an account, system or data;
  • introduce malicious code or use automated requests in a way that disrupts the service;
  • misrepresent your identity or authority;
  • copy, scrape or reuse content in breach of intellectual-property or database rights; or
  • use the website in a way that infringes another person's rights or applicable law.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, other users or Intelliger LTD.

3. Website information is not professional advice

The website provides general information about Intelliger, operational AI and OATI. It is not legal, regulatory, financial, medical, engineering or other professional advice. You remain responsible for obtaining advice appropriate to your circumstances and for decisions made using information from the website.

Descriptions of product capabilities, controls, availability and future plans are informational and may change. A capability is contractually committed only when it is included in a signed agreement.

4. Intellectual property

The website, its design, copy, software, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to Intelliger LTD unless stated otherwise. Copyright in Intelliger website content is © 2022–2026 Intelliger LTD.

You may view and print reasonable extracts for internal evaluation. No other licence is granted. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit website content without written permission.

Intelliger names, logos and product marks may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

5. OATI materials

OATI materials may be subject to separate licences, contribution terms or notices published with those materials. Those specific terms control where they apply.

6. Information you submit

You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through a form is accurate, lawful and appropriate for the purpose. Do not submit confidential records, special-category personal data or third-party information unless Intelliger LTD has agreed to receive it and you have authority to provide it.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data submitted through the website.

7. Third-party links

The website may link to third-party websites and resources. A link does not mean that Intelliger LTD endorses or controls the third party. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or privacy practices.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item is complete, current or error-free. We may update, suspend or withdraw website content without notice.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to that limitation, Intelliger LTD is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the public website. Your contractual rights relating to a paid service are governed by the applicable signed agreement.

10. Governing terms and disputes

Any signed commercial agreement will state its governing law and dispute process. For the public website, applicable law and mandatory rights continue to apply. Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve a concern promptly.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, our business or applicable law. The updated terms take effect when published, unless a later date is stated. Material changes affecting an existing contracted service will be handled under the relevant agreement.
